Welcome to the Medical Grid Project (MGP) website. MGP was started in 2004 to answer the computational and storage demands of modern medicine. It is an international collaboration involving researchers from Japan, the Philippines, and Taiwan to study and demonstrate the idea of using grid technology for medical applications. We have released a beta version (v. 0.9.0) of BAXSQL, a data management tool developed to support the management of functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) data sets in the Medical Grid Project (MGP) testbed.
BAX Toolbox

BAX is a Matlab-based analysis tool for functional MRI datasets. It can be used for incremental or sliding window GLM-based analysis, correlation analysis, or consistency map analysis.
